Experience: I have been teaching exercise to adults for 30 years now and I am more enthusiastic than ever about delivering a variety of fitness programmes that are tailored to achieving individual goals - we work hard to improve and maintain health, posture, strength, balance and confidence. I regularly attend good quality CPD/Conference days to ensure my health and fitness knowledge is up to date in a fast moving environment. Alongside my freelance work, I spent five years working with the NHS which has given me invaluable experience.

Stronger For Longer and Strength & Balance Five years with the NHS Sutton Falls Prevention Team has given me invaluable experience in improving the mobility and stability of my older clients in these classes. Very little time is spent sitting in the chair as the sessions mainly involve balance challenges and standing strength work to improve leg strength, balance and power which is vitally important in lowering your risk of falls and increasing your postural stability. By improving your walking gait efficiency and leg strength, especially after knee and hip operations, you will build confidence for the long term.
