I have been teaching exercise to adults for 28 years now and I am more enthusiastic than ever about delivering a variety of fitness programmes that are tailored to achieving individual goals, improving posture, improving and maintaining health, strength, balance and confidence. We work hard and we do achieve these goals!
My qualifications include two Level 4 specialist teaching certificates in Postural Stability and Exercise After Stroke with LaterLife Training, Level 3 Advanced Health Studies, Level 3 Personal Training, Level 2 Exercise to Music (YMCA), Step Reebok, Boxercise.

They offer the varied aspect of exercise to music using low impact, high intensity moves to challenge cardiovascular endurance, targeted muscle strength, balance and power. Great music in a fun and friendly environment! Power Hour It's tough! This class will work you to the core. Targeted strength for abs, back, legs, hips and shoulders and increased mobility around the associated joints. Improve your sport and avoid injury during sport. All of this and more from this total body workout! Stronger For Longer My work with the NHS Falls Prevention Team over five years has given me invaluable experience in improving the mobility and stability of my older clients in these Stronger for Longer classes. Improving strength, balance and power is vitally important in lowering your risk of falls and increasing your postural stability. Improving your walking gait and leg strength, especially after knee and hip operations, aids rehabilitation and build confidence in the long term. This really does promote independent living and keeps you literally Stronger for Longer Beginners Circuit Training Have you been told to exercise by your GP but don't know where to start? Come and join this class - small group circuit session that targets all the major muscles, improves heart and lung efficiency, reduces knee and back pain while making you feel stronger and more flexible. Exercise After Stroke Ongoing group exercise sessions to improve stroke recovery. Referral from a Physiotherapist or GP or self referral after speaking to me - please get in touch and we can discuss the suitability of the class and how I can help you to improve your function and fitness. Sue B's Knees This 4 week programme covers everything you need to know and do to increase the power in your knee joints.
