Stronger For Longer and Strength & Balance Five years with the NHS Sutton Falls Prevention Team has given me invaluable experience in improving the mobility and stability of my older clients in these classes. Very little time is spent sitting in the chair as the sessions mainly involve balance challenges and standing strength work to improve leg strength, balance and power which is vitally important in lowering your risk of falls and increasing your postural stability. By improving your walking gait efficiency and leg strength, especially after knee and hip operations, you will build confidence for the long term.
