Monday
St Patrick's Church, Park Hill Road, Wallington, SM6 0RQ

9.30am   Power Hour - Strength Training -
Total Body Workout - all abilities.

Improve muscle strength, joint stability, flexibility. At your own pace, tailored to you.


10.30am  Sue B's Knees
Aimed at strength and stability around the knee joint. Are your knees painful or giving way? Improve walking gait efficiency and develop good symmetry with strength and balance exercises. Ease pain and increase muscle strength before or after knee or hip surgery.

5.45pm  Mens Gentle Circuit Training 
Circuit training to improve all over fitness. Gentle/Intermediate  level.

Tuesday
Bourne Hall, Spring Street, Ewell KT17 1UF


Chair supported, gentle pace Strength & Balance Classes for over 60 age group. If you have started falling or are fearful of falling, these classes are for you. Evidence based exercise (OTAGO/FaME) to build leg strength, stabilise posture and prevent falls, improve walking gait efficiency and develop good balance. Increase muscle strength after knee or hip surgery. Maintain independent living.

10.00am  Intermediate Level  - Full

​11.15pm  Progressive Level - limited spaces


12.30pm  Gentle Level - new class, places available


Wednesday
St Mark's Hall, Church Road, Purley CR8 3QQ

9.30am  Wednesday Workout - Cardio, Strength, Balance - Total Body Workout 
Aerobic exercise to music, a classic favourite! Great choreography building to a challenging workout. Includes mat strength work and developmental stretching.  As good for your brain as it is for your body!

10.45am  Wednesday Workout - Gentle Cardio, Strength, Balance - Total Body Workout  
Same as above, just an easier pace!

Trinity Church - Cheam Road, Sutton SM1 1DZ

10.00am Gentle Cardio, Strength & Balance Workout
Easy pace aerobic exercise to music class, includes standing strength and balance challenges, seated stretches, no floor work.
                   
11.15am Stronger For Longer - Falls Prevention 

Chair supported, gentle pace Strength & Balance class for over 60 age group. If you have started falling or are fearful of falling, this class is for you. Evidence based exercise (OTAGO/FaME) to build strength and prevent falls, improve walking gait efficiency and develop good balance. Increase muscle strength after knee or hip surgery.

Trinity Church Sutton
12.30pm Execise and Fitness After Stroke  Specialist circuit exercise class to improve fitness and functional ability after a stroke.  Please contact me to book a place - GP or physiotherapist referral.
