My knee strengthening exercise course runs periodically throughout the year. Please contact me to book a place on the next course or to arrange one to one sessions.

Aims: 
  • Improve strength and stability of your knee, ankle and hip joints
  • Learn techniques to safely stand from a chair and sit down again without dropping down
  • Pre and post operative strength training
  • Ease pain and swelling around a joint
  • Learn good technique and adherence to regular home exercise to maintain gains

As a Level 4 Postural Stability Instructor, I spent 5 years with Sutton and Merton NHS Falls Prevention Team and developed strong skills which I use everyday, in every class I teach. If you are unable to get to a class, contact me to arrange a home visit.
