To strengthen and stabilise your knee joints by improving the strength and stability in hip and ankle joints
Increase muscle strength to assist surgical recovery
Improve your balance
Help to relieve pain and swelling
Learn good technique and adherence to home exercise
Posture Check Use posture correction exercises to ease and avoid neck, shoulder and back pain, improve lower back strength and stability. Correct the posture stresses caused by using laptops, computers, phones and devices that encourage an increase in tension and forward flexion of the spine, shoulders and neck.
